I downloaded their new app on iTunes last week and was surprised to discover that their wait times were better than Uber in the Lower East Side and most parts of Midtown Manhattan, And their prices were significantly lower than an Uber ride. (No surge pricing). Also appreciate that the drivers are super friendly, knowledgeable, and not sketchy.
