New China Fresh Restaurant

Omg the cheese wontons are awesome. I've tried all the Asian places in the Kew Area. Portions are good which in comparison I've felt jipped other places. They will make anything for you not on the menu, custom. They have some great deals like the half chicken and a few others on their discount menu.

Nice portions for a good price. It's very standard. Regular customer here.

Messed up my order, and complained that I got my order wrong. Instead if customers always right, they go by their own culture, and want to be always right. I would stay away, dirty place and ugly attitude.

I placed a delivery order from this location today and once the delivery guy arrived he complained and told me my house was too far. (I'm 0.9 miles from the place and according to Google maps it's a 10 minute drive). He "impolitely"told me to order from another place closer to my house next time. Where's the professionalism? Is it my fault that I searched for a Chinese restaurant on Seameless and found this one available?

I found it offensive and obviously will never ever give a penny to this place again. Maybe it would be a good idea if New China Fresh to restrict orders within 1/2 mile or less from where the restaurant is located. I'll certainly leave a negative feedback on all possible social networks and review sites.

Nobody understands English. Seriously, you open a restaurant to serve the public food but you can't understand what they order from your menu.?!? You need staff that actually know what they're hearing.
