Hangar 11 Bar & Restaurant

Nice local bar where I met some new friends. Good food for a bar and the drinks aren't at a bad price.

probably the rudest staff I've ever come in contact with. I will never ever give them business again, the only two times I ever went to Hangar's I was treated with such disrespect! One young waiter harassed my party and I for standing at the bar. I was also told the wait would be a half hour which turned into an hour and I had two elderly people in my party.

It's the best bar in the neighborhood. Amber and Arthur are the best. Definitely makes u feel welcomed all the time. Service is great. Never disappointed. Food is great as well. Been coming here for years and these guys make it worth it every time.

It's sad that it's come to me giving Hangar 2 stars. It's my go to spot, I was a regular and would be there quite often with friends being that I live in the area. You would think as a regular customer at their bar spending good money you'd be treated with some more respect from the staff. They don't know me by name, any small talk I try to make is quickly shut down. I would smile and say hello to the bartender Amber as I would walk in and all I'll get is a dry hello, tipped her well a few nights and never got a thank you, as I would close out the bill never got a goodbye. She acts as though she's doing me a favor by me being there and paying them. She's really the only bartender i've seen every time I've gone.

Secondly, she once told me the kitchen was closed and that I couldn't order, I felt uneasy with her answer as I saw someone else was being served so, I asked the barback, one of the guys working the kitchen and he took my order without hesitation and said they were still open a little while longer and she didn't apologize or anything to me as she watched him willingly take my order, which came off to me as very disrespectful. You saw that you gave me the wrong information so an apology, would've been appreciated.

I enjoy this place and the drinks and food, but what's all that without good customer service from the people that serve you and that you see all the time? I really enjoyed one of the bartender's that previously worked there (forgot her name) but was told she quit. One, good person gone. This establishment needs to teach their bartenders the meaning of good customer service or get some fresh new faces of people who are polite and courteous for me to continue showing my face there and giving them good business. Haven't been back since. But hey, if you want to have a good drink and hang with a few buddies it's a decent spot, Just pay the bitchy bartender no mind, or maybe you'll be lucky and she'll be nice to you.
