New Charm's Nail

The person below me wrote a review 5 years ago and back then the nail salon was currently under different management.
The new management is fantastic and my wife absolutely loves the service and people at the salon.
Clean facility, great service, and very reasonable prices as well. I would recommend a trip here whenever it's possible or you are in the area.

I am a new resident of Glen Rock and went to get my nails done Sunday afternoon. The owner and employees were extremely rude to me. I had red nail polish on that had to be removed and wanted a light pink color. Well, the owner who did my nails felt that it was okay to partially leave the red polish on and not remove it but just paint right over it with the light color. Hence you can still see the red polish. They massaged every person drying their nails but me. I WILL NEVER PAY FOR A MANICURE OR GO HERE EVER AGAIN. Beware! I should have been rude back or during the manicure but thought it most more classy and appropriate to warn others this way.
