Neuropsychology Associates, Colleen Dorfman, Ph.D.

Very disappointed. All data, no insight. Anemic report, few pages. Missed diagnoses. She did not understand our child. We had to hire another neuropsychologist as our school child study team would not accept her report. The new doctor pointed out problems with Dorfman's report, several missed diagnoses and oversight of not repeating a critical test to measure our son's progress or lack there of with dyslexia. We brought these matters to her attention - shared the 50 page report her competitor's offer and requested a refund for the diagnostic portion. Dr Dorfman refused and referred to her contract where basically she isn't held to any quality standard. She was late for appointments given her young children. She felt 1/2 hour with the child and a 1 hour with parents was sufficient. She worked on the clock versus on the case to best serve the child.
