Moving to New York can be a challenge. Moving to New York from a distance can be more of a challenge. Moving to New York from a distance with an impossibly short deadline is daunting. Gerald made it happen. He could not have been more professional, more honest, and more accommodating. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an apartment in New York, and there's no question that I will go straight to him the next time I'm involved in any type of real estate transaction.
