Great place, and has been for many years now! They can even boast that they have a very good grilled Octopus, which I have yet to see another diner offer! The service is good and the place is very clean, including the restroom. Food is fresh and the coffee is too! Great place that will hopefully continue this fine tradition!

I wish i can post a picture of the way a gyro sandwich came to me as delivery.. i asked for a gyro sandwitch no lettuce and i got a gyro sandwitch filled with tomatoes and a bit of onions with a pita so soggy and nasty it looked as if it was diped in water and the tomatoe had a big chunk of the PITH of the tomatoe where the stem goes.. i ask NEPTUNE DINER WHAT COOK DOES THAT AND HOW HAVE YOU NOT GOT ON TOP OF THIS YOU GIYS HAVE FELL OFF COMPLETLY I FEEL BAD FOR ARMAND THAT STILL WORKS THERE PROBABLY THE ONLY GOOD GUY LEFT.. AND IM GLAD YOUR LEASE HAS ENDED .. THANKS AND THAT THE LAST TIME I ORDER FROM YOU

Always. Amazing. BEST DINER IN NEW YORK. Period. The only down side is it can be a little pricey. The menu is huge. If you want it, they got it and it will be fresh and cooked perfectly. If I made more money I would eat here every week.
