Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning

Our first time using Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning was well worth it! Over the past few summers, I've noticed the mold stains on our roof getting worse and worse. We finally called Ned Stevens after a family recommended their service to clean the stains. Their guys showed up promptly, removed our patio furniture from the porch, and took other precautions necessary to protect our property. They were incredibly thorough throughout the whole process of cleaning our roof and siding. The final product is so outstanding, it looks as if we had the roof replaced. Upon finishing, everything was left the way it was found. I can't say enough about their level of professionalism and quality of work. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and their employees!

Ned Stevens is a gutter Ninja you call and all of a sudden the job is done with a report of upcoming required repairs. The do a great job of replacements as well. Thanks Team

Ned Steven's completely took advantage of me this fall. I have used them for many years, both in MA and another 4 years in NJ so I have history with the service. They came to my house and appear to have pretended to clean my gutters. My water was turned off, so they could not "flush" them out, yet no one bothered to ring the bell and ask me to turn it on. They left a bag of leaves by the curb that included grass clippings and looked like a pile that was scooped off the lawn. The trees have nearly all of their leaves remaining, yet they are coming again next month. The gutters were clean before they started so it seems to me like they are looking to get a double billing. I called to complain but was basically told all the reasons I was wrong. They told me I will only have to pay $100 instead of $123. Some service. Thanks for showing me that all my years as a customer mean basically nothing to you. I will continue to fight over the bill. I cancelled the December cleaning, and I will find someone else to do the work. I am contacting the BBB on Monday to complain.

The guys show up, do a great job and leave my bill at the door. Easy peasy. And if they come at a bad time -- really early on a weekend, for example -- they are happy to come back another time if I ask. And now that the phone reps don't try to hard-sell me on home improvements or high-cost repairs (long, old story), I am quite pleased with them.
