Went on a busy night and after a longer than expected wait, we were seated and served. The waitstaff were helpful, respectful and deeply apologetic. I had the Lomo Saltado and I thought it was excellent. My girlfriend had the Entrana Runa which, while still delicious and well cooked, was fattier than expected. Overall we really enjoyed our dinner and will be back.

This place is always a great time. The drinks are good and the atmosphere is casual, but clean and fun. The staff and the bartenders are always friendly. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area.

Normally when I go out to eat with my family, were simply going to a restaurant, however entering Nazca was completely different. It was like being in a home environment. Everyone was absolutely wonderful. We were greeted politely from entering the door and seated at our table. Our server, Julio who presented himself in the beginning, was absolutely attentive. The bartender made absolutely stupendous drinks. She came to our table to see how everything was going, had a conversation with us and when we asked Julio exactly who she was other then the bartender since she was very concerned about our visit, it turned out to be the manager!! I found that wonderful. Later the OWNER himself came and conversed with us. You can totally tell there is so much teamwork here. The food was AMAZING, all my family and I had to do was close our eyes, and it was like being back in Peru. Definitely recommend, and definitely will go back.
