I paid for 3 months (June, July, Aug., 2015) in advance at Navesink Fitness while staying in the area this summer: full rate, no discounts.

I left New Jersey early (mid-July) and asked the owner's son if I could have only August's payment refunded. I was told (more or less) "It's like buying a dinner, eating half and expecting compensation." I don't really understand the argument since it's not even August as I write this review.

I emailed Navesink when I returned home and, after about half a week, still haven't received a reply from them.

The one fitness center where the staff are willing to help you and even coach you without signing up for expensive personal training programs. Rob ,the owner, is a national fitness judge.
