Eastpointe Health and Fitness is a great gym - they offer a full range of services from fitness classes, personalized training, nutrition advice as well as chiropractic, physical therapy, massage therapy and childcare. The staff are very friendly and motivating!

I have been going to Eastpointe Health and Fitness for over 6 years now. The best gym in the area. I would recommend this gym to all my friends and family. Great owner and great trainers!

I love this gym. They offer a variety of classes - definitely something for everyone. The instructors are friendly and accomodating. When you're new, they take notice of you and make sure you are comfortable and know what is going on. They are excited and definitely motivate everyone to work hard. The people in the classes are also really friendly and welcoming. I generally don't like to be the new person, but everyone made me feel really comfortable when I started here. This is the first gym that I look forward to going to instead of looking for excuses not to.
