The agent was very rude and unprofessional. She refused to listened and continued chewing her gum and answering her cell phone . She had a nasty attitude and this was by far the worse customer service EVER .

Absolutely terrible service. Not sure where management is to revamp this enter place. The staff need allot of training on customer service as well as dealing with the elderly. I pay my bills online and took a client of mine an older gentle man to pay his bill. The way he was treated was absolutely disgusting.

I went today Sep 16th at 9 am to open an account and the lady that helped me was very nice. It took her only 10 mins to get my paperwork ready. Also, the instalation of my gas service will be tomorrow. How fast!!
