This place has been upgraded with better management. Tim (branch manager) was courteous and fun and you could see it in the way he interacted with his branch team. Provided me with a great car and a few good laughs before the team at this location sent me on my way. The location is really close to the west side highway so leaving Manhattan and getting back in to drop off the car was a breeze. Looking forward to the next early morning pick up with this team!

This location is terrible. I am a travel agent and book car rentals daily. I will avoid this location at all costs in the future. Not only were the employees rude, they offered no solutions. Going as far to indicate they only keep 77 cars on the lot and had sold 100 reservations so picking up our car late would not be an option. They also put me on hold for 10 minutes and as I was looking at their website I noticed they closed 5 minutes after I was put on hold, no telling how long I would have been waiting had I not noticed that, I am sure they had a good laugh at my expense! Poor customer service at best!

I come to this rental as often as I can. My flight training is out in Jersey and I always have to find a car every weekend. When I do have a reservation at this location, I am always so relieved because I know the process will be quick and simple. The staff are really friendly, professional and helpful. I really appreciate this National location. Leaving the city can be such a chore with all the traffic and logistics. It makes my flight lesson day hassle free when leaving from 44th St.
