I recently rented from National at LGA, it was a busy morning for me, but the one thing I love about National is the professionalism. From the shuttle driver to the ladies that assisted me out in the lot. I had a look of unfamiliarity on my face and the two ladies that was working that morning kindly asked me if I needed help. Once I said yes, she walked to the area I needed to be in. The selections were what I expected. The miles on the vehicle was at 4000 miles. Awesome!
This is now one of my best National.
Thank National for having a great team. Way to go LGA!!

I rent from this location at least once per month and have not been disappointed yet. The cars are always well prepared for renting. The return is fast, efficient and correct. In particular the performance of the return staff is always high; rain, snow or wind does not reduce the service. George Carter is frequently on duty when I return the car. He is a great ambassador for National as his positive and professional attitude never waivers. It is why I rent exclusively from National.

Exactly what I expected from National - PERFECTION.
Shuttle from LaGuardia to the Rental Center was quick and effortless.
Nissan I picked was clean and ready to go. Drove like a champ even in snow/ice.
Return check-in quick and painless.
Shuttle from the Rental Center to the airport was again quick and on time.
Another great National experience. Why I always pick National!

I rent from the airport often. Service is always exceptional. The manager with the glasses and dark hair is always accommodating and hospitable. When i return my car, George, one the return people always greet me with a smile and say "How are you today Ms. W.?" If I leave something in the rental, its always there when i go back and get it. I really love this location. It's next to the airport, but they always have the best selection of vehicles.

I travel for a living and have rented cars at a good many other cities. I have been renting a car each week at this location for the last year and a half. The staff are consistently professional, friendly and always smiling. There have been several times that I needed a certain type of vehicle and they did not hesitate to help me find the right car. Yes there has been a lot of construction for a while but the staff definitely make up for it from the time you get off the shuttle to when you return the car. Just excellent service all of the time!
