Amazing Customer Service! Courteous, friendly, and prompt to resolve your issues. While there have been some issues with delivery, some beyond their control I have never not had my equipment or medicine on time.

Unreliable delivery service. You should plan to make about 100 phone calls to get something to actually show up at your home and there is never a supervisor available when you call back to try to track down your (medically necessary) product.
