The receptionist and health attendant(nurse ) make up for all the other things this place is lacking.
1) Prepare your self to wait MORE than hour to be placed in an exam room
2) There's NO HEAT (you'll freeze in the waiting room and exam room)
3) Make sure you ask to be seen by the doctor not the Doctors assistant
4) Healthcare aids change every 6 weeks!!!! Unbelievable

I was so happy when I found this place I thought I had found my primary health care provider, but slowly I've become more and more disappointed.

I waited over 1 hour in the waiting area when they finally called my name I thought I would be seen the "receptionist" took me to an exam room to wait for the doctor I was left there for another 1/2 hour alone until i came out back to receptionist and asked if the doctor even knew i was there she replied "i think so" and went to check then said I would be next finally I saw the "nurse" who took like 20 minutes just to draw my blood and said I must not be drinking enough water (I drink water only with every meal) finally saw the doctor who then told me I needed a prescription for the shot I needed & came there for so I waited for that while they ordered their lunch as if i was not there, went to 4 Pharmacies until finally i came back to have the shot injected, when i returned the nurse looked at me like i had 3 heads and said she was never told she had to give me the shot the doctor had left mind you I took maximum 1 hour at the pharmacy, which means that Dr.Erik never communicated anything to her, she asked if I gave in urine I said yesss I left it on the counter like she told me to then finally she gave me the shot which now I am nervous of whether she even knew what she was doing (my fault for staying) I should have taken it as a sign when another patient walked out after waiting an hour and never being seen she refused to pay the copay and was very upset... This place is very unprofessional I run a store and am more organized and attentive with my clients, this is a place that is dealing with your HEALTH and they are NOT! NEVER AGAIN Please go somewhere else!
P.s. i was at my 11am appt on time it is now 4pm and I just got home 15 minutes ago, just so you have an idea of my wasted time!

I was waiting forever, when my appointment was made for a specific time. When I finally saw the doctor (Dr. Erik) he did blood work and told me to come back for my results. When I came back, I still had to wait forever, to find out they didn't even have my results. I went for nothing, and then they had the nerve to tell me I had to keep calling to see if my results would be ready. I did this, and the doctor was never able to speak to me because he was "busy" but I heard him talking in the background. I'm never going here again
