Natalie Arnoff, DO (Bayside Medical Office PC)

I did not even get the chance to see the doctor, I had a 10:30 am appointment, it was now 11:00am. I asked the front desk when was she coming in and they said shortly. Only later to come back and say the doctor would be there in 45 minutes. My instincts told me not to go to a doctor in the Flatbush area but I did not listen, I find the doctors in the my neighborhood do not respect your time and make you wait long hours. This doctor was no different so I left! I normally go to Mount Sinai, it's a long ride on the train but I get great care and I wait no longer than 15 minutes (normally they call you at your appointed time).

SHE IS A HORRIBLE DOCTOR!!! I strongly recommend you do not see this doctor. I went to see Dr. Arnoff today and was not listened to, was lectured, interrogated and at one point made fun of. I had lived in an apartment with black mold (she had never heard of black mold) and it destroyed my immune system. With my immune system down I developed bad rashes in direct correlation to certain foods and anything that would not support my immune system. I do not have health insurance so I did an extreme amount of research into every symptom/reaction I had and with trial and error found a way to decrease the rash dramatically. Unfortunately I have not been able to defeat it completely. So after months of struggle I decided to pony up and pay for a doctors visit with the hopes of finding some answers. All I wanted was a doctor to listen to the things I did and then explain why certain reactions happened. Dr. Arnoff's first question for me was when did the symptoms I have now start. My answer to that is much bigger and longer than a date. After I got out a couple of sentences she cut me off and repeated her question in a more dramatic tone. She did this every time I would give a back story to my answer. She treated me as an idiot and inferior to her knowledge. She would get frustrated with me when I would ask questions and most importantly, SHE WOULD NOT LISTEN!!! I was unable to get any questions I had answered. In the end she prescribed me Benadryl even after I told her I used it and it never helped my symptoms. SHE IS A HORRIBLE DOCTOR!!!
