A decent dive bar in a neighborhood with few cheap options. Not a terrible whiskey selection, but unexciting mostly macro brews. There is a very-ok cheeseburger on the cheap though, which is nice even with the uneven table service. Avoid the grease laden onion rings though.

This place was a fun little diver bar. The beer was ice cold, the service was great, and they had an old sand shuffle board table.

One of Esquire Magazine's Best Bars in America, but you don't need a magazine to explain why. Down to Earth, friendly, and casual, it's what any neighborhood bar strives to be.

I was really looking forward to this place from the reviews and probably if the bartender that was there to start had not been leaving right after we got there than it would have been better. The next bartender had no personality and was on her phone the majority of the time. It's definitely a local no frills bar which is what we like so maybe we will give it another go.
