Overall enjoyed the service. Great mani pedí +message good prices very sweet staff.

THE WORST AROUND. 1st: I had been going there exclusively bc it's right across the street from my house....at some point, I contracted a nail fungus from there which they told me 'was a bruise'. 2nd: Got an acrylic refill before a wedding...less than 6 hrs later one had broken, within a week, the rest were broken or lifting off. 3rd: Went in today for a pedicure...figured even they couldn't screw a simple pedicure up....WRONG. When I left the salon my feet were rougher than when I went in....and the worst was the polish did not dry on one of my big toes still even after 3 hours!! So, I went to get the smudged polish fixed....to which their answer was to glob even more polish on top....resulting in it getting even worse and not drying. So then they had to entirely re paint my toes with a new color (which I don't really like but was exhausted from the terrible service at this point) and the woman basically had to go in and re file my toenails and cut the cuticles again because the guy who did them earlier did that bad of a job. Oh yeah. And it looks like garbage. I don't care how convenient the location is, I am NEVER going back to this dump again. Go back to cosmetology school and learn how to do nails, techs of Nails Island.
