Nail FX

The service was terrible. My pedicure and gel manicure was under 30 minutes. My cuticles where not cut and my nails were not filed down like I requested. The manager had the nerve to rush my service in Vietnamese and I speak the language.

Worst nail salon ever. They treat men like garbage and charge extra. When I asked to speak to the manager they claimed he wasn't there, wouldn't be there again and didn't know his name. I wish these sexist pigs would go out of business!

This is another standard, crummy nail place where the workers don't care about you, just your money. It's like a factory and they all scream at each other in a foreign language, which makes the customer feel like an unwanted intruder.

The older woman who runs the place called me nasty names in Vietnamese when I kindly informed her that having a $15 minimum to use a credit card is, without a doubt, illegal. I told her I didn't mind getting cash since there's a Bank of America ATM around the corner, but her reaction to my non-threatening information was rude and uncalled for.

The end manicure is mediocre - cuticles weren't sufficiently trimmed, no matter how much I asked she still left my nails square, and they left polish on my fingers. I wouldn't return here.
