If you want to leave upset from a place this is the right place. You get exactly what you pay for. They charge you $22 Dollars for a mani & pedi. They did not even last 15 minutes with the pedicure , manicure was done yesterday afternoon and my nail polish is chipped this morning. Everything was rushed, they are not friendly, they talk about you in their language, and they don't thank you after you tip them. THIS PLACE IS JUST HORRIBLE!!!
P.S - The first time i visited this place an Ecuadorian or Mexican employee that required 20% tip from the services that you are getting. i asked her why $6 bucks is not sufficient when her just was rough and rushed? She walked away. How can they expect a good tip when the service is not good?

Terrible! The customer service sucks! They're only interested in getting you to purchase extra services. The techs are always on their phones or whispering and giggling about other patrons. Not a good experience...

I recently took advantage of the $20 mani/pedi combo special and had a fairly good experience. I wasn't expecting much with such a low price, but was impressed with the service I received. The girl who did my nails did seem very rushed. I arrived at 6:30 p.m. (and the place is open until 8 p.m.) so I felt that was enough time to not be hurried along. But, the staff was already cleaning up by the time I started my manicure.
This is a good place to go if you work in the financial district and need a mani/pedi in a hurry (I didn't make a reservation) and need to just walk in. I wouldn't be afraid to speak up during your session if you want your nail shaped better or polish removed from your skin.

They could be better but don't pay a tip unless they do their job to a tea! That's all folks!

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Although the staff is somewhat friendly and the place is clean, I regret spending my money here. I had a manicure about 3 months ago and it was very quick. They applied lotion and didn't even ask me to wash my hands. When I told them I'm going to wash my hands first before the polish is applied, the woman gave me a face and said she had to put lotion on my hands again. The polish wasnt professional at all. And my cuticles looked butcherd. My hands went in, in better condition. So, I decided to try the place again (I figured, it was the person that tended to me). And boy was I disappointed. A different girl gave me a color gel manicure. And I'll just say that two days later, I went to my regular place, had them remove the polish, and re do my color gel manicure.
