- Terrible #157081

Bad bad customer service...I ordered Beats 2 wireless and when it arrived..5 days later even though I paid expedited shipping the headset did not work. I called and called finally got a hold of someone. I had the product one day and they refused to pay return shipping even though I just requested an exchange. Then I get an email saying they received it BUT it was no longer in stock...BS because I just same product on their website.

- Excellent #157082

Quick shipment and customer service attention. When USPS said the package was undeliverable and was being returned (??), I contacted N1 Wireless. The package was delivered the next day.

They communicated throughout the process and delivered quickly. I am very pleased with the product and the company and would definitely order from them in the future.
