I had a minor problem with my eyeglasses and they helped me on the spot, very fast and free of charge!

I broke my glasses in the morning. Devastated. My Prada glasses on top of it. I stopped into this store where I met Zuleika who was very kind and helpful. She helped me pick another pair of glasses while she was temporarily fixed my other pair. I am excited. Zuleika knows what she her job. She is outstanding. I recommend this store!!!! Thank you!

I am visiting new york, and on my way here, I stepped on my glasses, breaking nose pieces, and generally bending them up a bit. A quick google maps search told me that myoptics was the closest eye glass store to me. I went in, showed them the problem, and a very friendly store associate promptly went into the back room with my glasses and they came out looking good as new, cleaned and polished, and bent back into shape. The associate told me to have a great day, and to come back anytime if it happened again. I asked to pay, declined, asked him to accept a tip, again declined. the least I could do was to write a positive review. Thanks myoptics.
