My Nails at V

Sloppy acrylic job. There were lumps that the tech didnt buff down and she left a bunch of acrylic under my nail as well. Even when I pointed it out she didnt do a good job at fixing it. I went a second time to a different tech and it was the same. Not to mention the polish job was laughable, I couldve done a better job. The atmosphere was so ghetto and when i left a technician was arguing with a customer so loud it was akward. I found someone who is amazing and will only go back for pedicures which is why i gave them 2 stars.

Personally when I go to get my nails done I'm going to relax not make small talk, just observe listen to music and be pampered. Not every Salon is the same not every beautification is the same. I've been traveling from LI to get my nails done because prices were nice for quality. The problem came when one of the managers did not want to charge price I saw online saying I have to pay the price every one else paid. When I walked in for expressed, and received express pedi and mani. Even when I showed her price online. She still charged the 18 instead of the twelve as shown. I've seen many employees come and go in that shop, I wonder if they are being paid fairly. Yes I know people like to receive tips but they aren't mandatory I went to relax but left frustrated because even when i entered she was arguing with an employee accusing her of taking nail polish.

Oh yeah and its impossible to access the website to recieve a discount.

Took longer to dry my nails. The pedicure was rushed a Sunday morning with no wait.

Found them by accident, was looking for a nearby salon id seen w a "special". This place was less expensive than the special, and a million time better! Clean and spacious! i was there on a saturday morning NO WAIT since they had so many techs/stations. They even had wi-fi, i was too scared to drop my phone in the footbath to use it but they had tvs on food network so i was fine. The lady that did my nails was great also. have recommended to many friends and am about to head there now. you can even make appointments on their website!
