- Terrible #70748

Terrible experience. Do not trust either Music & Arts or Guitar Center. I placed an order on Dec 3 for a promised delivery of Dec 18. On Dec 21 I called to find out hours to pick up only to be told that the item was back ordered and would not arrive until "possibly" Jan 18. No one informed me. With 3 days until Christmas no remedy could be found--they wouldn't even pay for shipping for a substitute from California. The Customer Service Center lied and was not accomodating. Horrible experience.
