Very fun ice cream themed museum. Tickets are sold out but I was lucky to purchase tickets before they sold out. The museum only is an hour long so I wish it was longer but it was a fun experience. 1st you enter and try a cup of the featured ice cream, 2nd you enter a room to try the helium balloon candy, 3rd you scoop a scoop of ice cream into the biggest sundae, 4th is the chocolate room which was the most boring. There's a big brown pillow on the floor and fudge animation on the wall...then is the funnest room!!! The sprinkles pool. It's not real sprinkles but actually tiny plastic things. It's 3ft deep and such a fun experience to walk in and take photos. Be careful of pockets and stuff because those sprinkles get everywhere and we kept finding them on us and in bags/pockets for the rest of the day. In that room they also have little canisters of free candy. Next room is a gallery of ice cream art and the m-berries which changes your taste buds to taste sour as sweet for 40 mins. Then you try vanilla ice cream with lemon on top and the lemon DID TASTE SWEET!!! It really did taste good. Then the exit area had a little gift area and a playground of ice cream swings and seesaw for photos. Very fun! Would recommend!!!

The worst thing I've ever spent my money on. Had reserved tickets and still had to wait in line to get in...whatever, you know that's life...but it just got worse. The staff was super robotic and overly nice to the point where it felt fake. One of the employees even went as far as to touch my boyfriends shirt, and I'm not being an overdramatic jealous girlfriend, she literally rubbed his nipples...but you know that's besides the point. There was no fun interesting facts about ice cream, just a disgusting chocolate room with a "chocolate fountain" that was just a little stream. The "sprinkles pool" is literally just little plastic peices that I was picking out from in between my toes hours later. The best part of the museum was when my boyfriend and I bolted out of there. Do not waste your money on this!!!!!!

Huge disappointment. Some staff seemed distracted and uninterested in being there. The chocolate room is gross. The advertised three flavor sampling (six if you share with a friend) was nonexistent. Don't feel bad if you couldn't get tickets. We actually went out for ice cream after we left because it was so disappointing and unsatisfying.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE! This was so cool and worth the price! We had a pretty long wait (45min) to get in but it was worth it. We swam in a pool of sprinkles, rode on a ice cream sandwich swing and had plenty of ice cream and candy!

Great crowd pacing and unlimited ice cream! The exhibits are interactive and you do learn a bunch of fun facts about the art, history of ice cream, and ice cream itself. The museum is colorful and whimsical. Highly recommend and plenty of photo ops. The staff is so nice. This is a happy place!
