Muscle Maker Grill

Really terrible service. I do not understand how this location continues to stay in business. They never have any of the menu items and do not even apologize for this inconvenience. First it started with them not having a certain protein powder and eventually they started telling me they don't have ANY protein powder for the protein shakes. Ridiculous! I've called about a dozen times in the past month to place an order for delivery and no one picks up my call. I won't be ordering from here again.

The owner of this particular branch needs to restaff it with more competent individuals who have experience in the foodservice industry. There is only one guy who runs the counter. When he picks up the phone he never answers by saying "Hi Muscle Maker Grill how can i help you." Instead its a "yeah" and you are not even sure you dialed the right number.

They also are short staffed so much that sometimes they a) don't pick up the phone when you call b) refuse delivery. You'd think they are busy, but when you drive by there is nobody in there - even during dinner hours. Once I walked in and that same guy was chatting it up more with one of his friends. Instead of taking care of the customer, he thought it was OK to continue his conversation with one of his friends for a few minutes.

Can't believe that this guy actually gets away with this. This is a great franchise and these comments are specific to this store. The guy running the counter should be fired for poor customer service.

Absolutely awful!!! This is the worst crap ever sold as food. I got 3 items for a long day flying charter. Few hours later tried to eat the chicken teriyaki pasta and threw it out after 2 bites. Then tried my grilled chicken sandwich and after one bite swallowed I threw it out. Only had the stupid salad to eat the rest of the day, tolerable. Crap food for all the people on this stupid no carbo diets!

Muscle Maker Grill in Lodi, NJ catered my school's "Healthy Lunch Day". Mike the owner was more than accomodating, and everyone LOVED the food. My favorite was the "Rocky Balboa wrap". I even asked Mike to rush the order to an earlier time last minute due to school scheduling. He made it happen for us, and everything was superb. I will absolutely be using MMG in Lodi for future catering services as well as dining at the actual Lodi location.

I travel a lot for my career path. Whenever I'm on the road I always try to find good food while trying to keep healthy at the same time. That's when I discovered the Muscle Maker Grill locations. I have gone to eat at many of the different locations I can find, however, the Muscle Maker Grill in Lodi NJ has since become my favorite. Great owners, great staff and above all, great food. Being that I am always on the road a lot with lighting, neon and LED products, it is always a "bright", pleasant visit whenever I go there or bring new people with me to discover what a great place it is. They really make the "STREETS GLOW" with healthy food and happy attitudes on the the way out. Muscle Maker Grill Lodi is absolutely the best across New Jersey, without a doubt.
P.S- Try the frozen yogurt, you've never had a more delicious fat free snack! I guarantee it.
