I have been treated with courtesy and professionalism by the staff and my PCP, Dr. Paul Basch, at MHMG for many years. It is unusual these days for an MD to take the time to talk and respond to patient questions and concerns. Healing requires both: medical knowledge and bedside manner, and I have found both in Dr. Basch.

Dr. Pfeffer was great! So was the nurse manager, Rachelle Reynolds. She was kind and compassionate. After working for 40 years at a NY hospital, I appreciate competence.
