Mrs.Bzzz Pest & Termite Solutions

I recently called a National Exterminating company and my experience was not what I expected. Apparently, their onsite service does not match their well trained customer service people. I continued to have problems with Bees, so I looked online for a local service for my area and checked a few websites. I gravitated back to the website for Mrs. Bzzz a few times and decided that they were the company I would call and trust to handle my issues. I contacted them through the internet and they called almost immediately and setup an appointment. The representative that called was the person that arrived onsite for the appointment. He (Brian) was presentable, polite and very professional. He evaluated the entire house, performed the treatment we had agreed upon, the initial price was cheaper than the national chain, and he fully explained the option of a maintenace contract. I will continue to evaluate the results over the next 48 hours, but my initial experience was very good and I felt more confident my problems will be resolved by the time he left.

We have used Mrs. Bzzz twice in the past year for both ants and a yellow jacket nest. Both times we called, they were at my home within 24 hours. Problem was resolved both times and price was as quoted over the phone with no hassling. I would highly recommend them and will certainly use them in the future.

I have an Aunt that lives in Wayne. My Uncle has recently passed, he was the do it yourself type. Since I own a pest control business in Texas, he always called me when he had a pest issue and was always able to resolve things on his own with my help. Now that he is gone my Aunt has had to have a lot of help with all the things he always took care of.

Not only were they great on the phone with me, the tech made her feel completely comfortable with him in the house.
