Mr Wash Laundry Center

Place used to be much better. Now they have a mix of coin operated machines and card machines. Only saving grace is place is still open 24 hours, but the Chinese owners don't seem very hospitable about it.

They are no longer 24/7 and under new management. Updating my review because the service has gotten better. I rarely give out 4 or 5 stars unless I'm left speechless. Not sure about prices because I drop off my laundry. It's close to a dollar power pound.

I used this dry cleaner for several months, they often have broken machines and noone attending the front desk. Of the many times i had problems a few stand out, the first time i left my card in the machine went out to my car, realized i left it in there by the time i went back in someone had stolen it, the lady at the front desk was of no help and was rude about it oh well 20 bucks down the drain.

The second time i put my cloths in the dryer to dry through 2 spins and they still weren't dry, i talked to the lady at the front desk and she looked at me funny like she didn't know what i was saying, she then came over and looked at it and then got mad because it was broken, like it was somehow my fault that THIER machine was broken??

Anyway she told me to put my cloths in another dryer and when i did she got mad because i started the dryer before she could "credit" me for the loss on the first 2 cycles, like i know anything about how broken dry cleaner credits work? Anyway she was really really rude the entire time, i've since closed my card there and i go to MOK dry cleaners around the corner, never any broken machines and they take quarters.

Bottom line there is so many cleaners out here, stay away from this one!!!

P.S. They also charge you 10 bucks just to start a "card" there before even putting any money on it that you will never get back.
