Run, don't stop. This is the worst company, real sharks, dishonest. We agreed to a moving fee of $7900 and after the goods were loaded, the amount was over $12,000. We were in shock. Then he went over the contract and said verbally he was doubling the insurance. When I re-read the contract he had my husband sign in the box where we waived value protection. Instead we get 60 cents per pound. Stolen were a number of antiques and family items. Never delivered were an antique dresser mirror. We got the dresser. No springs and mattress. Two antique dressers were broken and my dining room table was water damaged. I have been told a number of times that our missing stuff will be on the next truck. I am reporting this company to the attorney general's office and the BBB and suggest anyone else do the same.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.... The sales girls will sweet talk you into booking giving you the cheapest price, then when the movers show up they'll double the amount last minute....my mother's belongings showed up 2 weeks late everything in the worst shape imaginable, furniture pieces broken, mattress dirty and wet...3 boxes missing...I found it pretty amazing that they either have 5 star reviews or 1 star, which clearly means the good reviews are fake...they deserve a minus if you ask me....VERY VERY DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL..... SCAMMERS DISGUSTING.....THEY SHOULD BE REPORTED

There should be a way to leave negative stars. I would bet a full paycheck that everyone of these good reviews about this company is a plant. Absolutely the shadiest, most dishonest, and most disorganized customer experience I've ever been personally a part of. The two movers that picked my items up extorted money from me by telling me that, once my items were all on the truck, the fee was almost double the quote because my items took up "750 square foot of truck space" but that if I paid them each $100 under the table, that they would let me get away with only "600 square feet of truck space". I was moving out of state and had flown back in to move, so I felt I had no choice but to accept the much cheaper option and pay them off. After pickup, my estimated delivery dates kept being pushed further, even after I was told several times "your stuff is on the truck on on the way to you". Everyone of my messages were never returned and when I did get a hold of someone, that was never the right person to tell me where my stuff was or when it was getting delivered. One person I talked to said I had been given a "special rate" for the move that had expired and that I owed them more money because the representative that gave me that rate had no authorization to do so and was fired. I told them I had a signed, paid-in-full contract and would not give them anything else. Although they took almost the entire legal length of the contract to deliver my items, I did finally receive most of my stuff. I say most because as of this writing, and about a month after delivery, I am still waiting for things that they "misplaced" in their warehouse. After finally getting in touch with the owner, he is currently refusing to give me my items or adequately replace them. Before I started this someone told me to be careful as the most cases of fraud are seen within the moving industry. I guess I found out the hard way that is probably true.

Let me start off by saying, if I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. This is by far the absolute worst and most disorganized moving company that my fiancée and I have both ever encountered. We hired them to move us from MA to CA and we could not have been any more disappointed.

They are liars, they are manipulative and they are thieves.

First of all, they didn't show up to our apartment to move us out until 9:30 PM (granted it was due to traffic); but, they were still literally 8 hours late and did not keep us updated. They finally arrived and helped us move our things, which took until 2:30 AM. RIDICULOUS.

The man handling our move was a liar, as well. He did not explain that we would later be charged for the amount of stairs leading up to our new apartment. Nor did he explain the ridiculous pricing that they would charge us for the actual move. We were absolutely ripped off.

Our items took longer than expected and our move in day could not have been any more disorganized.

The only positive was the young man named Anthony (whom helped us in both loading and unloading our items). He was a wonderful and attentive employee. He was helpful, he asked questions and he was very kind.

Anthony also notified us that we would be charged for the amount of stairs we had leading up to our new place. Apparently, we should have been notified of this before the move even occurred; however, there was no mention of it whatsoever.

He explained that his BOSS had been neglecting to tell their customers about this policy and was basically robbing people of their money.

Luckily, Anthony did not charge us for the stair fee because he realized how unfair it would be to us for not having been informed prior to the move in.

After all items were unloaded, we soon came to realize how horrible this company actually was. Our futon was broken and our dressers were completely chewed up.

We also noticed that Anthony and his cousin (not even affiliated with the company, but was there to help because Anthony was sent ALONE from New Jersey) were waiting on the curb outside of our new place in CA for over 3 hours. The driver of the moving truck was "busy" with another load and did not have time to return until he was finished. At least, that is what we were told.

We had no problem with Anthony and his cousin waiting; we just felt awful and astonished of the ridiculous disorganization that was occurring.

After all of our boxes were unpacked, we came to realize we were missing a few. So, I called the company and was promised that our things would be out on their next shipment and we would be receiving them soon...

I had not heard from them in over a week and when I called again, I spoke to the woman who had been handling all of our questions and whatnot throughout. She immediately notified me (on her own personal phone) that she had quit the company because of their lies, disorganization and complete lack of respect for their customers.

Now, Moving Solutions, LLC is conveniently not answering their phone. Little do they know; however, that we will not stop until we either receive our missing items or are FULLY reimbursed.

Please, please, save yourself the stress and hassle and do NOT use this company.

Had an amazing expierance my move is today the guys are leaving now, amazing service, friendly and afforadable. Thank you sean and your lovely wife shahira for coming and thank you jay, Kevin and Jose...I recommend this company to anyone looking for and afforadable and smooth move...

Obviously the previous reviews left were staff members or they paid people to leave them. They took my card and promised that movers would be to my home by 10 am... After several calls to the owner's wife Shahaira who got very frustrated with me and several hours later(around 8 pm) I gave up and started my 11 hr drive to my destination and THE MOVERS NEVER SHOWED UP!!! I had to find another option(portable storage unit) and even with the flight I had to pay for to get back to my location as well as the loading and unloading help, it still worked out cheaper than the ESTIMATE that was given to me by Brielle. Moving is stressful enough and the way I was treated by staff was awful. The phone mysteriously hung up on me several times. I feel that if I was told movers were coming, at least have the courtesy to be honest with me instead of blowing me off and saying they will be there "soon". Around 3 some guy called and said they just gave him the job and he will be too me shortly. After waiting 5 hours for him I realized I was being played. I'm telling you RUN FROM THESE GUYS!!! As fast as you can!
