Moving of America

This past Sunday, I used Moving of America to move a studio apt. It was a hot hot hot day. Though there was not much to move, some of the items are quite expensive. Most of the process was uneventful, just like you'd want it. Dolores, the company contact, was accommodating and responsive; the moving team, led by JR was awesome even in the heat-everything was completed in the estimated time frame. There was a little 'start time' miscommunication but JR handled it like a pro; I did not need to worry. My expensive items were packaged; one of the crew saw it was not wrapped well enough and re-did the packaging and even inquired it I was comfortable with how it was wrapped! The estimate was high, allowing for Sunday travel time in traffic areas and therefore, ended up spot on, no additional charges were incurred (other firms estimated less $ and less time, which would have resulted in day-of-move additional higher charges). I would definitely use Moving of America again, and even request JR and his team! thanks for making what could have been a stressful day, run smoothly.

Use them yesterday and will use them AGAIN for ever.

My move was made very easy by choosing Movers of America. They were very efficient and very fast! They covered my furnishings thoroughly, so there was no damage. The movers also had great suggestions on how to place my furniture. They were very professional.

I contacted the company early on while getting several quotes from different companies. They seemed reasonably in line with the other comparable movers. I decided to go with them based on recent reviews I had read, as well as the interaction with their guest services. They thoroughly went through the process with me in detail and inventory list. I will admit, this was my first experience with a moving company and after hearing so many horror stories, I was a bit hesitant. The day of my move: the movers called with their ETA as expected, arrived as expected. Honestly, the move went much more smooth than I could have ever anticipated. We had a great and wonderful moving experience. No hidden fees,cost etc. Everything was legit and aligned with the original quote! Thank you for allowing us a peace of mind while we transition into our new home.

Moving of America has been courteous and professional from start to finish. Kelly was friendly and personable on the phone. A very friendly and energetic Lola came to our home to give us a detailed estimate of the charges based on our inventory... and our movers called bright and early to advise of their arrival (20 mins early!!) -- punctuality is always a big plus!
The guys were professional, honest, hard-working, and very careful with our belongings- we appreciate how fast they moved everything!
