Dr. MaritzaJ Jerome was so efficient answered questions with ease. She had wonderful bedside manner as well. I wish she was my primary care physician. She was professional and comforting.

Prescription was sent directly to pharmacy and it was ready for pick up by the time I arrived.

Overall I was in and out in 20min with ear ache resolved.

I been at this Urgent Care 2 time and it really the best i recommendaded efficient doctors caring staff and fast service . They handle you care with respect and they very proffesional

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a doctor. The doctor who did not even bother to introduce himself comes in to the examining room, looks at me and just stands there expecting me to speak first. After a few second s of just staring at me he utters just a single word… “SO?”. I’m not kidding, that’s all he said. I then proceed to tell him my symptoms and explained that I have had these symptoms before to which he really didn’t care.

After listening to my lungs and heart for about 30 seconds he said there is nothing wrong with you and you should try this over the counter mediation. I could have done that myself if I thought it would work. My symptoms of course got worse the next day and now I must go to another facility.

I did not get his name but I will never visit this office again. Quite frankly, I want my co-pay back and don’t feel I should be charged for no service at all.
