Brought my car there 3 times for warranty repair , had auto body repair but missed my driver side mirror cover I had to spend more to get it replaced , buy very pricey just remember to bring your check book and credit cards

Performed pre-purchase inspection for an internet buyer - me - promised pictures and detailed written report. All I got was a quick 1 hour inspection (usually other shops took 2-4 hours) and had to call them back the following day for an update, was blamed for not giving them contact info, although they did have my e-mail. They never replied to a single one of my e-mails and always had inventive excuses as to NOT give me the written report. It took this review and 1 month time in order for someone to finally send me the report which was all of 3 lines long and didn't mention some of the things discussed over the phone.

Great experience very knowledgeable team

Installed my front bumper properly but when it came to the paint job, LOOKED great at first but then it went to crap. Absolutely no primer/bulldog at all and water was entrapped under the paint. A huge 1x3" section of paint just flaked off and it showed the bumpers plastic within a year. HORRIBLE paint job. Spent close to $500 for garbage. Job was done over a year ago.

This shop is the best place for a BMW to get serviced. I've been here 3 times, with every time a great experience. The staff is highly knowledgeable, friendly & flexible to your requests. Other people I've consulted with while in the waiting room concur. This place sets the expectations nothing short of perfect. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, just ask for Leo or Fred, both guys are great! Thank you for everything!
