Used their service in September, 2016. Reservation and drop off were great: prompt and courteous. Pick-up process ruined everything though. Came back from trip to pick up a stinky car (smells like tobacco and marijuana and I am a nonsmoker that hate these) with added 250miles on odometer and an empty gas tank (60% full when I dropped it off). Complained to staff but they straight up denied any responsibility without any assistance offered. NOT recommended at all.
