Last year I brought my bike in for a small problem of the carb, which took them ten minute's fiddling and got me charged $135. The next day I rode my bike dripping gas because they didn't care to secure the fuel hose.
Then this year I got turned away trying to get them to look at a generic bike with a blatant rudeness from the owner.
Some comments contributes owner's rudeness to him being Italian. Whether that's true, I just don't think that kind of attitude serves any ethnicity. Let alone that there are barely any Italians left in the neighborhood.
I sincerely hope they close shop and make space for someone better suited for the job.

Go someplace else, it will save you money and aggravation. Prices are double that of online stores for parts, and labor is outrageous, they wanted $75 per wheel to do a tire change.

Needed to buy a helmet quickly.. Found nearest store on Google, went there and bought one for 120$.. When I looked price of helmet up I saw that average price online is about 60$ and on this store's site its 80$.. I called the store and asked about discrepancy in price and the owner said something about not being able to match warehouse prices. I think if I can get this helmet for 55$, he gets it a little cheaper than that. If he charged me 80, 85$ I would be ok with it. I gave him a chance to be fair with me and he didn't take it. Its not a lot of money, but I don't like feeling of being ripped off. The guy could have had a new customer if he was fair, instead he has this review..

Sure Joe the owner can be a ball buster, the possibility of interpreting him wrong is always there (an Italian thing) but don't let that deter you from visiting the shop.
The repairs are top notch, attention to details are always there and bikes are always looked over well so should there be a safety issue it will be brought to the customers attention so it can be addressed.
Parts are as close to a day away and many service parts such as spark plugs, oil filters, tires and batteries are in stock.
State inspections are taken seriously so don't expect to "just get" a inspection sticker should your bike not be safe for the road.
Bottom line the shop is honest and fair with enthusiast abound!
