Morton's The Steakhouse

Fantastic restaurant. Luis (manager) does a great job. Food and service was top notch

Went recently for an event. The steak was poorly cooked (not medium well as requested )... rather dry n overcooked... mashed potatoes were good.... has there been a change in management?

Warm inviting atmosphere. Nice portions of great food. Perfect steak.

I would like to say that tonight was the last night that I will ever eat at Morton's. I was with my family enjoying dinner until the manager came over and told me my son (who is 8 with Autism) is being to load. I guess we still live in a world with people that don't know how to use their brain. The bottom line is I didn't eat my dinner and $939.22 later I am disappointed with Morton's. We were out celebrating my daughter conformation, which was to be something we would enjoyed. I wish I would have left on the spot. How can a manger that is in the service industry be so stupid. what a let down from Morton's. I recommend that the CEO revisit their operation practices and send their mangers to any autism organization and spend the day with our special children. I thought we lived in a world that stopped people from trying to keep kids with special needs in a closet. I am sure their is a steakhouse in NYC that has no issue with children with autism and their families having dinner while the kids are laughing and flapping their hands.
