Morningside Dental Care

OMG, after reading several different reviews about Morningside Dental, I was so skeptical about coming. I had such a bad tooth ache and this office was the closest office to me that was open, so I decided to go anyway. My experience was soooooo much better than I anticipated. I was welcomed from the moment I walked through the door and I have been a patient here for more than 6 months now. I live in Brooklyn, and for me to go all the way uptown for a dental appointment says a lot. Ms. Latoya has ALWAYS been direct and informative when it comes to payment and payment options, Dr. Malnik and the rest of the dental staff has been so warm and welcoming and just a true joy to visit. I am so happy I made the choice to ignore the poor reviews and go for myself. I have been recommending this office to everyone I know searching for a dentist, and I will continue to do so!!

Dr. Kiple and Morningside Dental make our office visits very comfortable. The staff and office are both great. Everyone is caring and friendly and the office is very clean. I would highly recommend them.

While this review is long overdue, it is still so very accurate - Dr. Williams is an excellent doctor! She not only did an magnificent job on my teeth, she took the time out of her busy schedule to consult me on a personal matter. She's easy to talk to and has a general concern for your entire lifestyle to be healthy. She has managed to get my children to brush their teeth consistently and my eight-year old actually cares about his dental hygiene!! The office is extremely clean and organized, the staff are very nice and scheduling appointments is easy (they actually work with you). As far as the technology factor, it is unlike any other dental office I've been too! They send you texts about your appointments as well as updates about events that are taking place. They can create teeth right in the office in a matter of minutes!
In this day in age you rarely find doctor's that are excellent at what they do and are personable. My smile is back both on the inside and outside and I have Donna to thank!

Very upset with what happened today. I made an appointment on August 4th and specifically asked if they take my insurance and provided them with my plan name and ID number and they said, yes, they take my insurance and so I made an appointment.

I came today to get my problem taken care of and they said nope, don't take my insurance after all and tried to get me to pay over $200 upfront for a filling to fix a small cavity that I need to get taken care of ASAP.

I made my appointment here because it's in my neighborhood and I had a good experience here back in 2012. I also wanted a Saturday appointment so that this wouldn't interfere with work.

I will never come back here or recommend this place again though as their customer service is appalling. The technician was very sweet and kind though, the problem is with the office staff.

I'm very insecure about the way I look so it took for me to be in severe pain to go to the dentist and while the staff did do a good job I didn't like the fact that this place was to open where anyone could walk by and while they where fixing my teeth I didn't want to here about anyone having a migraine or the fact they didn't eat are telling some one come on in join the party and the fact it took over a hour to be seen good thing I learned how to always have a smile on your face no matter how bad your hurting well the dentist may be experienced I do not recommend this place they are overpriced and the wait is to long also why would you cancel my appointment at the last minute and have me walk around with a temporary crown for three weeks
