Defensive!Rude! Argumentative! They asked me to pay $70 at the end of my visit because I was there after patient hours. Even though they close at 7, and I was there at 6:15. I was not informed prior to the visit that I was going to be charged a fee because I was there after 6. Instead the lady told me that they did me a favor and that i should have known about it or ask them.
I will never ever step foot in this place again. Very unprofessional and they did not speak to me as a patient/costumer but rather as "a person confronted of his debts on the street"!
If i could give zero stars I would!
