There are NO REfunds and no one tells you this unless you have a problem with your glasses. The Soho store is terrible. My glasses where done wrong and the store does not give you refunds, instead they will take more time to make new ones.

Very nice, stylish selection of frames, but very expensive.

glasses broke, tried to get my cash back and they told me to shove it

Went to look at Glasses for my Fiancée and they had a nice selection. There was a Tall blonde hair gentleman that helped us. He was super nice and had great taste. He picks at first what he thought would look great on her and chose some great ones. However she opted for something less flashy.
They were fairly pricey in my opinion, but she seemed to think it was reasonable. However they want you to get their lenses there, which were considerably expensive. More than the frames. Again I do not wear glasses and she didn't want to pay almost twice as much as the frames. They say if you get lenses elsewhere it would void their warranty on the frames.
Overall the service was great and the selection was nice. Don't be shocked with sticker price.
