The class is really good and the trainers show you often how to correct your punches. I was afraid at the beginning, but I really love the class. In fact, the people that attends the class are also very easy going , so I cannot say anything wrong about this place, so far everything is great! I really recommend this place, if you are looking for a class that will challenge you all the way! But, if I can do it, most probably anybody else can enjoy the workout.

I was getting tired of my gym, the crowds, the waiting for available machines, the boring repetitions, it was ridiculous. So I decided to give "I Love Kickboxing" a try, why not... that was over five YEARS ago! I hit the classes in Astoria and I NEVER get bored - I NEVER have to wait for a machine. The classes are a full-body workout and the instructors are absolutely amazing. No matter how tired I am when I arrive, I always leave energized.
