No rating. It is the worst medical office. The wait is always more than 1 hour. the office could be empty and you will never see the doctor at your appointed time. Montefiore claims they do walk ins but never take walk ins. If you are late 5 minutes they cancel your appointment. Then we have the nasty office manager carol who is unprofessional and nasty. if you ever need anything to her you have to wait until she is good and ready. she is nasty over the phone in person its a shame that people need employment and MOntefiore does not correct its existing problem. When asked why she is so rude...she said i am not going anywhere so deal.
