I was very skeptical about contacting Hi 5 Cleaning Service/Moldmaster to perform mold remediation in my home attic after reading reviews which appear too perfect to be true. Nevertheless, reluctantly I made contact requesting an estimate, my intention was to get several estimates and go with the lowest but ended up choosing Hi 5 Cleaning Service/Moldmaster not for low cost but there employee experience, knowledge and recommendation from their previous clients/ jobs whom I contacted.

Prior to inspecting and starting the job, they inquire if there are babies, small children, elderly folks, sick persons or pets in the home and if any are suffering from flu like symptoms. My mold contamination job was treated with care, the workers covered carpet adjacent to work areas and where they walk while performing job behind concealed area discretely and professionally.

Consequently I contracted Mold Master to remove the mold in my apartment and I am thoroughly satisfied that my mold problem has been resolved and that my family was safe from this serious health hazard.

Faced with the prospect of being sued by my tenants after approximately two years and several contractors failing to successfully remediate mold growth in my commercial properties, a friend highly recommended Mold Master as being the firm to solve my mold problem. I called Mold Master; within 2 hours of my phone call, they had an inspector crawling in the attic & crawl space of my property with a camera and few pieces equipment.

My clients brought in 3rd parties for air sampling, the results were acceptable to all parties.
