A close friend of mine recommended the services of Modus|3 for the remodeling of my kitchen, bathrooms, and family room. I met with Samuel, Principal of the firm, and he was simply amazing. He met with me explaining everything in detail about how I should go about designing my home. He explained what worked and what did not, always considering my ideas. At the end of the project, I was truly satisfied and would recommend his services 100% because he is an A+ professional architect looking to make his clients happy.
