I was stuck in traffic and had a bathroom emergency. I thought a medical facility would be an appropriate place to ask for help to use a restroom. The front desk person was horridly rude and refused to let me use the restroom, which was visible behind the desk. I am a healthcare provider myself, and I realize that the front desk staff are not medical personnel, but the lack of empathy and degree of disdain for me was, honestly, shocking. I could not imagine coming face to face with this woman if I was actually acutely ill. There are many excellent urgent care clinics in Brooklyn. Stay away from this one.
