I moved into Modera Mineola in late August of last year. I think the building was open for about two weeks. In my time here as a resident I have found that all of the staff have been friendly and courteous to me whenever I had interactions with them. Whenever I had a complaint, it was handled timely manner. In my opinion, it takes a lot of hard work to keep a building of this size functioning in good order.

the two main sales and management staff are loud, rude, and talk with an attitude and comment/complain about doing their job. The two guys though are always polite and helpful.
the buildings finishings are poor.. the image the building portrays are way better than what it is

Ask around before you rent here. We have had 50+ false fire alarms in the last 8 months with no response from management. Hot water still does not work correctly and the building is so cheaply constructed that you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Talk to a few residents to make sure you can handle the issues that come along with living in a place like this.
