they put me on hold so looonnnnggggg! Plus very bad customer service if u press#6 for general question just a simple question to ask if my result is being mailed and she advised me why dont you pick up the result ! .plus I took off work just to do my physical exam -thinking that they will do the same mailing the result in 2-3 wks just like last year but until now I still didnt get it! please go to your private doctor or hosp for a speedy result. They suck!
