this is pretty cool luggage store. they have 5 locations in the middle of Manhattan and easy to get to. staffs were knowledgeable, kind. they also delivered my stuff within a day.

I have never been more satisfied with the service I got from this company. I received my item, which was incredible and sadly the airlines broke it after my first use, i contact the company immediately and they offered to replace it at no charge to me. The whole process was easy and extremely fast. Highly recommend this company as they exceeded my expectations. THANK YOU!!!"
