great place to rent an apartment in lower east side. Most knowledgable and most apartments in the area. Best price too!

This is a terrible management company. They consistently make things difficult for tenants and are extremely unprofessional and rude. They also refused to return the proper amount of my deposit, not because they alleged any damage to the apartment, but because THEY had destroyed the records necessary to verify the amount of my initial deposit.
