I have never been so disrespected by a "customer service" representative in my entire life. I ordered an over the door jewelry armoire through Amazon, fulfilled by Mirrortek. When I received the box in the mail the unit came perfectly packaged...but did not include any of the parts to hang it over the door. After opening the package, the first piece of paper laying on top of the box reads "If you are missing any of the pieces below please call phone number blah blah blah." So, as a consumer I call and it goes to a voicemail. Just to get called back and first accused that I bought someone's faulty unit and they didn't include the pieces...after then telling her it was fulfilled through Mirrotek she recanted and said "we ship the product to Amazon and they ship it to you, so you can either pay to get the pieces you are supposedly missing through our website or call Amazon and have them work it out." I have no problem calling Amazon the only reason I called this number was because it was instructed on the manual. Also, if your factory ships the product to Amazon don't you think you should have included all of the pieces in the box the first time so when Amazon ships something out as a second party they aren't getting the short end of the stick. I will never recommend this company to anyone ever again and I hope that poor soul on your customer service team gets some real training because that's not a face you want your company to have.
